word for the day, 09 09 2015, Proverbs 22:6, Children may stray, but not stay

It is Wednesday September 9th. TGFT. For a the students and teachers who already started school and those starting today we pray for healthy, safe and productive year.
Listen to the word of God to us today.

Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (KJV)

With the full start of the school year there is a heavy focus on teaching and training. Parents and teachers plays the most impact role in the lives of our children. joint me in praying for our parents and teachers as this new school year begin. I am claiming this word also that if we train them, they may stray, but never stay. This is the word to us a prodigal son is still a son.

Prayer for the day: Father, we pray for the parents and teachers today who train and teach our children. Grant then wisdom and guidance in the way they instruct and give assurance that the information and lessons will remain with the children for life. Help our children to be attentive to godly and right instruction. This we pray in Jesus name, Amen.
