word for the day 03 28 2015, John 12:13, Hosanna, blessed is He

It is Sunday March 29th. Today is Palm Sunday. A day when the people of Jerusalem shouted Hosanna, Blessed is he who come in the name of the Lord. Today we not only praise him on Palm Sunday, but every day.

Listen to the Word of the Lord
John 12:13 “Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: Blessed is the King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord.” (KJV)
What a day that was on the very first Palm Sunday. The people who had come to the feast, took branches of palm trees and went to meet Jesus as he ride into Jerusalem. What a scene? It was indeed a Thriumphal Entry. So sad that the people who were singing and praising him later that week on Friday were saying-’Crucify Him.” Let us give him the praise each and every day.

Prayed for the day– Father in heaven. We bless you. ‘Hosanna: Blessed is the King of Israel that comes in the name of the Lord.’ This we pray in Jesus name, amen.
