word for the day, 02 26 2015, Genesis 1:11, And it was so

It is Thursday, February 26th. TGFT.

Listen to the word of God to us today. Respectfully submitted by Rev. Michael Clarke

Genesis 1:11 ‘Then God said, “let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so.’ (NIV)
This was a time of “new beginnings, God was making all things new. Many of us want to experience a freshness in our lives, this was a time when God was turning things right side up. God was speaking life into being, it was a time of newness, trees with fruits and importantly they have seed in them. God today is still a speaking God, and he  is calling forth growth and development in our lives.

Prayer for the day:- Lord help us to achieve our maximum potential in thee, for the propagation of thy kingdom. Help us to bear fruit, and these fruit will be seed bearing, in Jesus name, amen.
